Passenger Security System

The Gangway Control software provides a SOLAS compliant ship passenger security system. Using fingerprint verification scanners, magnetic cards/readers and digital images an acurate and fast record of passenger and crew movemnets can be maintained.

Fingerprint Verification

Fingerprint readers can verify every passenger identity at every access point of the ship. This is the highest level of verification.

Magnetic Cards

These can be used as tickets allowing the input of ticketing system data directly into Gangway Control as passengers board. Gangway Control retrieves data from magnetic cards. It can also print single or batches of cards.

Picture Verification

Pictures can also be used to manually verify passengers identity, the image capturing source can be any camera supporting twain interface.
